Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026. V-Eazy Global, a partnership firm ("Veazy", "we"), helps travellers apply for visas. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Data we collect

• Identity: name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and image, photograph.
• Contact: email, phone, address. If you opt in, we use your phone number to send status updates on WhatsApp; email contact@v-eazy.com to opt out.
• Travel: destination, dates, itinerary, accommodation, previous visas.
• Payment: processed by our payment partner; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical: device and browser type, IP address (for security and rate limiting), essential cookies, and a cookie-free count of page visits.

2. How we use it

To check eligibility, prepare and submit applications, take payment, give support, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, and improve our service, including training and tuning Vea. We do not use your passport images to train AI models.

3. Who we share it with

Government visa authorities and embassies, payment processors, identity and fraud checks, cloud hosting, and support tools. These parties act under contract. We never sell your personal data.

4. Retention

Within 90 days of a decision (approved, delivered or denied) we delete your uploaded documents and erase your passport numbers. An application that is never paid is deleted after 90 days. Enquiries are deleted after 12 months, and accounts whose email address was never confirmed after 7 days. Billing records (your name, email, payment and invoice details) are kept for as long as tax law requires, and we may keep other data for longer where the law or a legal claim requires it.

5. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct, delete or port your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Email contact@v-eazy.com.

6. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and regulators of breaches as required.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (for sign-in sessions). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We count page visits with a counter that sets no cookies and stores no personal data or IP addresses. You can change cookie settings in your browser.

8. Children

Parents or guardians must apply for travellers under 18.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with safeguards required by law.
