Late delivery

If your visa arrives after the delivery date shown at checkout, we refund our service fee in full.

Denial

We prepare one free re-application. If it is denied for reasons not caused by incorrect information, we refund our service fee.

Not refundable

Government fees once submitted, applications with false information, and changes of travel plans.
