Our role

Veazy is a private application service, not a government body. Visa decisions are made solely by the destination country.

Your duties

You must give accurate, complete information and valid documents. False information can lead to rejection, bans and fees without refund.

Fees

Veazy’s service fee, inclusive of GST, is shown before you pay, and you receive a GST tax invoice for it. Embassy, visa-centre (VFS) and courier charges are paid separately at actual cost, and we tell you the exact amount before you pay. Government fees are paid to authorities and may be non-refundable.

Delivery dates

Dates are estimates based on authority processing and apply only to complete, correct applications.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the application. We are not liable for travel costs after a denial.
